Kids and Youth at THCC

THCC wouldn’t be complete without our children and young people; we learn so much about Jesus from their big imaginations and playfulness. We embrace that they are lively and loud and actively welcome them in our worship time.

Our vision for children and youth is to provide a safe place for them to explore faith. We aim to build strong foundations for them as they grow.

Sundays

Creche (0-3 years)

Creche gives the tiniest people in our family a chance to laugh, run and play. After toy and craft time they help tidy up, listen to a Bible story and play games.

Younger kids (4-7 years)

This group is full of cheeky and curious question askers, they have a session packed with worship time, craft, games, a Bible story and prayer.

Older kids (7-11 years)

The older group really engages. The session starts with a game followed by a Bible study, related craft activity and a prayer time, where they are encouraged to join in.

Youth (11-16 years)

The youth join the main service for worship, and then have a youth-specific bible study. They also serve our THCC family once a month by helping out across church teams in place of their session.

During the week

Just like adults have Life Groups, we believe in nurturing relationships and faith for our children and young people during the week. Click the links below to see what’s on.
